Good
rugman's site is well designed and has a fantastic zoom feature. It was easy to find a rug that complimented our metal bed, which has a weathered green coloration.
Bad
Took me forever to figure out their return policy which thankfully I did not need.
Verdict
Great rug at a fair price, the bedroom looks a lot better, added much needed warmth to an otherwise cold room.
